Rate Information & Documentation
We strive to make fees clear and fair based on current market rates for psychological services. We recognize that the investment of your time, energy, and financial resources in this process is significant; thus we aim to the highest quality of services and subject matter expertise. If you are not using insurance, service rates are listed to the right.
Stretch Performance Psychology is contracted in-network with several insurance panels (Aetna, Anthem, Ascension/SmartHealth, Carelon Behavioral Health, Florida Blue (BCBS), and Quest Behavioral Health), and Dr. Alexander reserves a limited number of insurance-eligible appointments on a space-available basis. Please note: Insurance can be used for mental health counseling only. We can also assist you with documentation for out-of-network reimbursement for services at your request. If you have any concerns about the cost of services please let us know, and we’ll do our best to explore reimbursement options, refer you to another trusted provider.
All fees are due at the time of service. You may pay by ACH (bank transfer) or credit card. We use a secure credit card processing system and ask that clients put a credit/debit card on file with us, stored securely for payment of regular appointments or no-show fees.
After scheduling your first appointment with us, you’ll be sent a link to register with our secure portal and provided paperwork to complete so we can get to know you better.

*Private Pay Tiered Service Rates are designed to provide “pay-what-you-can” options that offer equitable access based on your self-identified annual income and financial capabilities. Since we are often asked to reduce or slide fees to accommodate periods of lower income (for example, student status, change or loss of job, or change of health insurance), we hope this system is a method for maintaining the value and integrity of the services provided at a personally affordable rate for all patients/clients. At your first appointment, you will be asked to designate the rate of service that best reflects your financial capability.
